IT Manager
| • Should have worked as an IT Support / Network Support / IT Technician - • Oversee and Maintain all aspects of a company’s Computer Infrastructure of Head Office and Remote Sites.
- • Maintain the Workstation, Networks System & Servers
- • Maintain Windows Domain Infrastructure, Microsoft Exchange, SQL Database Servers and Supervised the IP phone system.
- • Will be directly supporting Staff Workstations and Laptops and Manage the upgrade and installation of new hardware and software.
- • Perform troubleshooting to address any problems with computer systems and assess viruses and potential threats to Company’s network.
- • Monitor the use of Email, Create and Change passwords, make suggestions for improvements to computer systems
- • Backup data and perform data recovery if needed and other activities as per the requirements of Company when required.
- • Must have Excellent communication, Technical & Problem Solving skills, Flexible and Ability to work under pressure.
