【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=단양관광공사와 국립공원공단 소백산국립공원 북부사무소(이하 ‘소백산 북부사무소’)는 이달 4일 청렴사회 구현과 상생 협력을 통한 지역 관광산업 발전을 위한 업무 협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다. 

이 날 소백산 북부사무소에서 열린 협약식에는 손영조 소백산 북부사무소 소장, 단양관광공사 김광표 사장을 비롯한 관계자들이 참석했다.

단양군에 위치한 공공기관으로 ESG 경영 실천에 힘쓰고 있다는 공통점을 가지고 사전 교감을 해온 양 기관은 이번 협약을 통해 소백산 국립공원 탐방 활성화와 ESG 환경분야 가치 실현을 위해 힘을 합치기로 했다.

두 기관은 ESG 선진 경영 캠페인 공동 참여, 소백산 탐방객 증대 방안 공동 논의, 소백산 관광 연계 프로그램 운영, 단양 관광산업 활성화를 위한 상호 협력 및 지원을 아끼지 않을 계획이다.

이번 협약과 관련하여 김광표 사장은 “우리가 딛고 서 있는 이 터전을 지키고 보전하기 위한 국립공원공단의 노고에 박수를 보낸다. 소백산국립공원 북부사무소와 상생 협력을 통해 지역사회에서 맡은 역할을 확대해 나가겠다.”고 밝혔다.

Danyang Tourism Organization and the National Park Service's Sobaeksan National Park Northern Office (hereinafter referred to as ‘Sobaeksan Northern Office’) announced on the 4th of this month that they signed a business agreement to develop a local tourism industry through creating a clean society and win-win cooperation.

The agreement ceremony held at the Sobaeksan Northern Office on this day was attended by officials including Sobaeksan Northern Office Director Son Young-jo and Danyang Tourism Organization President Kim Gwang-pyo.
